Synopsis

Team Arrow attempts to work with the Star City Police Department but much to Oliver's frustration, things don't go as planned. Meanwhile, Dinah gets some life-changing news.[src]

Plot

Another crime syndicate is clearly trying new medications out on clueless individuals, which winds up executing them. The SCPD gets expression of the killings and starts to research.
