The United States of America (USA), commonly referred to as the United States (US) or America, was a country on Earth-18. The state of North Dakota (Earth-18) was home to Hex, prior to the destruction of the original multiverse.

History

John Constantine located a Lazarus Pit in the state of North Dakota (Earth-18) (on his magical star map, that also showed its Sol system), using it to resurrect/revive Oliver Queen.

Sara Lance, Barry Allen, Mia Smoak and John Constantine took the body of Oliver Queen to Earth-18, finding a Lazarus Pit in North Dakota, reviving his dead body in it.

Looking for a sure way to resurrect/revive Oliver Queen, Sara Lance looked for John Constantine to help her find an existing Lazarus Pit in the multiverse. After Constantine created a star map of the multiverse, they found a single Earth with a functioning Pit: Earth-18. They went to North Dakota (Earth-18) and the group found the Lazarus Pit in a cave. While Constantine and Barry Allen returned to the Waverider to bring Oliver's dead body, Sara and Mia Smoak were confronted by Jonah Hex's Earth-18 doppelgänger.

Sara and Mia managed to injure Hex after a brief scuffle. After Barry and Constantine arrived with Oliver's dead body, Sara ordered them to put it in the water of the Pit. After waiting for severe minutes, Oliver leapt out of the Pit. Although Mia tried to talk to her newly resurrected/revived father, Oliver was without his soul. When he stepped forward to attack her, Sara knocked him out with a tranquilizer and they took him to the Waverider.
