University Town is a neighborhood in Central City. According to Barry Allen's city map, it is a riverside neighborhood located in the north-west of the city, with Leawood to the north, Westminister to the south, and Lawrence Hills to the south-east. S.T.A.R. Labs is located in the neighborhood, north of the Western Avenue Bridge, which connected the neighborhood to Petersburg across the Gardener River.
History[]
S.T.A.R. Labs' cortex is located here. Sometime before mid-2020, University Town became a well known neighborhood within Central City, such that it was labeled on maps, including one used by Barry Allen.[1]
