I think wildcat is from Earth 2 here's why

Since most of the justices society is from earth 2 like Jay Garricks flash and captain atom so on and so forth however a main person that is part of the justice society who is from earth 2 is ted grant wildcat. He is a fighter and a vigilante that Oliver never heard of until that episode in season 3 so my guesses are he some how came from earth 2 and never told anybody. So what do you think?
