Why Bane will be the villain in Arrow season 6

In the Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises, Bane attempted to fulfill Ra's al Ghul mission by destroying Gotham City. In Arrow season 6, Bane will probably try to destroy Star City as well to fulfill Ra's al Ghul's mission also.
