Felicity might have survived the explosion on Lian Yu, as in The Flash episode "Infantino Street" she texts Cisco, and te events of this take place on May 22, 2017, and the events of the Arrow episode "Lian Yu" take place on May 17, 2017, which means she might have survived somehow.
