Van Buren is the mayor of Central City.
Biography
At some point, Van Buren replaced Anthony Bellows as mayor of Central City after he was arrested. She later asked David Singh to indefinitely suspend Barry Allen from his job until he could unambiguously proof his innocence.[1]
