Vasily Kosov is a Russian mobster in Gotham City.
Biography
Kosov took part at Johnny Sabatino's auction for Batwoman's head and weapons, acquiring her grappling hook. Later, as the vigilante managed to escape he tried to use the weapon against her, but was easily defeated and knocked out.[1]
