Vasily Kosov is a Russian mobster in Gotham City.
Biography[]
Kosov was invited to the Lookout after Batwoman was captured.
Kosov took part at Johnny Sabatino's auction for Batwoman's head and weapons, acquiring her grappling hook. Later, as the vigilante managed to escape he tried to use the weapon against her, but was easily defeated, knocked out, arrested and sent to Blackgate Penitentiary.[1]
