Hunting Vartox[]

After they obtained a fragment of Vartox's axe, Vasquez and Alex Danvers used the obtained info on the object to hunt Vartox. Vasquez later informed "Hank Henshaw" that she found the Valeronian, on his way to National City. The director sent Supergirl to dispose of Vartox, and Vasquez watched.[1]

Red Tornado accident[]

Vasquez assisted as Supergirl battles Red Tornado and, later she showed a video of Maxwell Lord to Supergirl, where he, to his own advantage, blamed Supergirl for the android's rampage.[2]

Exposure of J'onn J'onzz[]

When Hank Henshaw was revealed to be an alien named J'onn J'onzz, he was taken away for questioning. When Kara asked Vasquez to shut down the dampening technology used to prevent her from eavesdropping, she apparently refused, but Vasquez deliberately left her post so Kara could listen in.[3]

Sundown Protocol[]

Sometime after Kara's exposure to Red Kryptonite, Vasquez sent a memo requesting 8 lbs. of Green Kryptonite in darts, 48 red sun grenades, and 48 sonic grenades to be added to the D.E.O.'s inventory next year for the Sundown Protocol. She believed these materials would ensure the D.E.O. could successfully deal with future rogue Kryptonians or a mind-altered Superman or Supergirl.[4]

White Martian infiltration[]

When the D.E.O. was locked down by J'onn due to a hostile White Martian in the building posing as an agent, she and the other agents were required to do the test the Green Martian Rebels used on Mars, which was holding their hand out to a fire. She held out her hand compliantly and proved that she was not the Martian. [5]

Adventures of Supergirl[]

  • While Vasquez's first name has never been mentioned on-screen or in the credits, her actress, Briana Venskus, believes that character's first name is Susan.[6]
