Vertigo was a highly addictive and deadly narcotic.
History[]
On April 18, 2012, Thea Queen took a large amount of Vertigo on her 18th birthday, causing her to overdose and die. Seven years later, it can be assumed that due to the destructive antimatter that annihilated Earth-2, all supplies of the narcotic within this universe was annihilated.[1]
