Vickie Bolen is the wife of John Bolen and the mother of Alice Bolen.
Biography
At some point, Vickie got married John Bolen and she and her husband had a daughter, Alice Bolen.[1]
At an unspecified point in time, Vickie became a meta-human.[1]
On May 4, 2017, Vickie accidentally caused an explosion that killed Grace Gibbons' parents, which led to her getting targeted by a future Grace in her Cicada alias. XS got Vickie away during the Flash's fight with Cicada and Team Flash had the Bolen family placed in a relocation program.[1]
Powers and abilities
Powers
- Meta-human physiology: After Vickie was struck by the energy of the S.T.A.R. Labs particle Accelerator explosion, this altered her DNA and supercharged her cells, augmenting her physiology to access her new powers.
- Fragokinesis: Vickie has the ability to hyper-accelerate the molecules of any object she comes into contact with, causing an aggressive chain reaction which cumulates in an explosion. The energy of the explosion is released in the form of red lightning.
Weaknesses
- Involuntary control: Unlike most meta-humans; Vickie cannot control her powers.
