Biography[]
Victor and his wife Maria are the socialites well known in Star City. They also have a relative named Logan and a house servant Remy. He and Maria gave a generous donation to Vigilante Museum. After their adoptive niece Bianca was kidnapped, they became initially unaware until Mia Queen visited them and told about her missing. They were not convinced, believing that she was fine. While Mia was talking to them, her friends Laurel Lance of former Earth-2 and Dinah Drake (who remembered the original multiverse and the Crisis) secretly put the cameras and bugs in their residence to monitor their activities. He and Maria were not involved in some sort of crime, but their relative Logan was when in his jeep was found a chemical after Mia and her friends stopped him. Logan and his thugs were hired by former Bianca's boyfriend Trevor (as a Deathstroke) to kidnap Bianca due to her socialite status.[1]
