Biography[]
After they had returned to Central City, Vito welcome Osgood and Rachel Rathaway home, and let them know that their son Hartley had called. However, Osgood claimed to have no son anymore. Their conversation was interrupted by Leonard Snart and Mick Rory, who stole the painting the Rathaways had brought.[1]
