Lt. Warren Garfield is a police lieutenant in Central City for the Central City Police Department.
Biography
At some point Warren Garfield became a police officer at the Central City Police Department, under unknown circumstances he was promoted to lieutenant. He also married a woman named Mavis and befriended a man named Desmond Powell.
He, along with all the other citizens of Earth-90 were likely killed when Mar Novu destroyed their world, leaving The Flash of that Earth as its only survivor.
Personality
As the supervisor of both Barry Allen and Julio Mendez, he is said to be Grumpy.
