Lt. Warren Garfield is a police lieutenant in Central City for the Central City Police Department.
Biography[]
At some point Warren Garfield became a police officer at the Central City Police Department, under unknown circumstances he was promoted to lieutenant. He also married a woman named Mavis and befriended a man named Desmond Powell.[citation needed]
In 2018, The Monitor invaded Earth-90 and seemingly killed all of its residents. Because of that, Warren's fate remains unknown.[1]

As the supervisor of both Barry Allen and Julio Mendez, he is said to be grumpy.
