Wayne Tech is a subsidiary of Wayne Enterprises, that merged with Queen Inc. in the year 2024.

At some point, Wayne Tech made a prototype car with several features for A.R.G.U.S, in which Silver Ghost and Weather Witch later stole from them.^[1]

At some point, Wayne Tech developed a exoskeleton that was stolen by Kevin Meltzer for his crusade against vigilantes.^[2]

In the year 2024, it was reported by The Central City Citizen on April 25th that Wayne Tech had completed a merger with Queen Inc.^[3]

In an alternate future, where Barry Allen lost his powers as The Flash, the Wayne Tech and Queen Inc. merger fell through.^[4]

Within the DC comics universe Bruce Wayne, known as the vigilante Batman, is the CEO of Wayne Enterprises. Wayne Technologies is the biggest division within Wayne Enterprises.
