Not to be confused with Harrison Wells.

Dr. Wells is a scientist that formerly worked at S.T.A.R. Labs.

Biography

Wells worked with Drs. Kemp and McGee at S.T.A.R. Labs. However, one day Wells was caught in an accident that seemed to kill him, though he survived.[1]

Five years later, Wells used some technology he'd created to turn himself invisible. He left for S.T.A.R. Labs, punching a man on the way there. While at the lab, he ran amok, interfering with Dr. McGee's experiments and causing explosions, before leaving. He headed to Kemp's home, beating him to death. The following day, Wells made his way back to S.T.A.R. Labs, attacking Tina. The Flash intervened, but was unable to hit Wells. Tina was able to save the day, using jumper cables to electrocute and ground Wells. Sometime later, Wells returned, but Tina and the Flash were ready, having figured out how to locate him. Quickly doing this, the Flash stopped Wells.[1]

In 2018, The Monitor invaded Earth-90 and seemingly killed all of its residents. Because of that, Wells's fate remains unknown.[2]

Equipment

  • Electromagnetic "legs": Based on the "hands" he'd previously helped develop, Wells created a pair of "legs" in place of his crippled actual ones, to enable him to walk through Central City, invisibly via an electromagnetic web, while remaining in his base of operations. He used them in order to attack Drs. Kemp and Tina McGee.[1]

Former equipment

  • Electromagnetic "hands": The "hands" were developed by Dr. Kemp and Wells as a system of broadcast mass manipulation, used to manipulate objects electromagnetically.[1]
