Biography
Mr. Whittaker became a patient at Mary Hamilton's illegal clinic. He was given an oxygen mask to wear full-time, which he attempted to take off multiple times.[1]
When the clinic was threatened by one of the Detonator's attack he was moved by Mary and the Batwoman copycat, who brought him to the police checkpoint thus saving his life.[2]
Weaknesses
- Lack of oxygen: Due to his old age, Mr. Whittaker has to wear an oxygen mask at all times for his respiratory system to intake sufficient air.[1]
