Willa Joanna Chance Holland (born June 18, 1991) is an American actress. She portrayed Thea Queen/Speedy as a series regular in the first six seasons of Arrow. She left the series after the sixth season episode "The Thanatos Guild". She reprised the role in the second and third seasons of The Flash and in the eighth season of Arrow.
