William Lang, nicknamed Gridlock by Cisco Ramon, was a meta-human that fought the Flash. Following his defeat, he was murdered by a mysterious figure who desired the extermination of all those like him.
Biography
William Lang at some point obtained meta-human powers.[1]
He first appear after attacking cops but got punch by The Flash, but when he was distracted by another Speedster, he takes the opportunity to punch him far into the sky.
He assaulted an airplane. The Flash, Kid Flash and XS went to that plane with their speed and the help of Cisco's portals. Wally put the cuffs on William and later punched him at super-speed to knock him out. After they vibrated to make the airplane phase the skyscraper and the bridge, he was arrested.
The truck in which he was in custody was ambushed by a mysterious figure who killed him.

Powers
- Kinetic energy absorption: Lang can absorb kinetic energy released when someone touches him, and then redirect it to use said energy against them.[1]
Weaknesses
- Immobilization: If Lang can't move, he can't use his powers.[1]
