Windsor Heights was a neighborhood in Central City. According to the map shown in Barry Allen's CSI Lab, it was a neighborhood located in the south-west of the city, with Westminister to the north and Chubbuck to the north-east, as well as having some form of parkland to the north-west.[1] The neighborhood was destroyed during the Anti-Monitor Crisis, but a new version was created on Earth-Prime.[2]
