Zari Tarazi was a robot clone who was created by Gideon to stop the Legends from damaging the timeline.
Zari and the Legends found out that they were actually robots, however, they didn't care, as they believed themselves to be perfect, and capable of eliminating any rogue time traveler. She would be tricked by the real Behrad Tarazi and would travel to the pocket dimension to face the real Zari, where the real Zari would slaughter.

Zari and the other Legends.
Gideon created a robot clone of Zari and the other Legends through a combination of her technology and Bishop's cloning technology. Unlike the real Zari Tarazi and Zari Tomaz, this version has tattoos.
Zari alongside her team were programmed to believe that they are the real Legends tasked with chasing the "Robot Legends".[1]
In 1943, Zari, along with her team, attacked the real Legends at McDougle Jemison Factory. However, Zari was shot by Bishop and damaged in the process.[2]
Rebuilt and death[]
As Astra, Zari is rebuilt in second model. She participates at the final battle against the Legends where she will be destroyed by the real Zari when she retires her CPU.

- It's possible Zari was programmed after both Tarazi and Tomaz since when showing her template file it showed a picture of Tomaz.
